Who we are
This website is run by the team behind TC Report Generator, a software product developed in Saudi Arabia. For any question or request about your data, email contact@tcreports.xyz.
Visiting this website
- The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website itself. The pages load nothing from other companies.
- The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, you give us your name, your email address, the message you write and, if you choose, your company and role. We use them to reply to your message and to follow up on it. We don’t use them for anything else, we don’t sell them, and we don’t share them for marketing.
The form doesn’t send anything itself. It prepares an email in your own email app, and nothing is sent until you press Send there. Your email then reaches our mailbox, which is run by our email provider.
We keep messages only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and we delete them if you ask us to.
Our website host and our email provider are companies based in the United States, so your message and the technical data above may be processed outside Saudi Arabia.
Your choices
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@tcreports.xyz. We will reply by email.
The TC Report Generator app
The desktop app stores your projects on your own computer. It has no account, analytics or telemetry, and we don’t receive the data you enter in it. Its optional AI drafting feature uses a model running on the same computer.
